1. Scope of Services & Software License

These Terms cover the Lunul website and any associated software applications, firmware, or digital interfaces (the "Software").

• Limited License: Subject to these Terms, Lunul grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Software solely for authorized purposes.
• Hardware Integration: Use of the Software in conjunction with Lunul hardware is subject to additional safety and operational guidelines provided with the physical units.

2. Gated Access & Confidentiality

The Services are provided on an invitation-only basis. Much of the content—including software architecture, hardware schematics, and UI/UX design—is trade secret information.

• Strict Confidentiality: You acknowledge that all non-public elements of the Services are the Confidential Information of Ambiance Pro, LLC. You agree not to disclose, screenshot, distribute, or otherwise "leak" any gated content.
• No Reverse Engineering: You are expressly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or "sniff" the code of the Software or the internal mechanics of the hardware.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Ambiance Pro, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. This includes:

• All software code (source and object code).
• Hardware designs, CAD files, and technical specifications.
• The "Lunul" brand, logos, and visual identity. No ownership is transferred to you through the use of the Services.

4. Compliance & US Law

You agree to comply with all applicable US laws, including export control laws regarding the transfer of technical data. You represent that you are not on any US government prohibited party list.
